More than Human
The wondrous human body, with its elaborate systems, depends on them to exist. The human soul, on the other hand, is limitless. It keeps growing, and love to it, is like water. When we look at our love to another, we understand what infinity is. We encounter on a daily basis the fragility of the body. For a brief moment, not long ago, we stood in front of this fragility together. What happens when a crack in the bodily systems meets the endless love of our dear ones. Can this love create openings of light where only darkness seems to appear and poor this light into the cells themselves
Premiered in 2022 at Habima, The National Theater, Tel Aviv. Represented Israel in Busan International Dance Festival, S.Korea
For the first time in history the entire world was facing the same fragility at the same time. Everyone was concerned about not being able to breathe.” (Kwon Mee-yoo, The Korea Times)
“A journey into the human spirit and the magical points of light within.” “The meeting of the tangible and the abstract is original, fascinating and compelling.” “A soul who knows that love for another is infinite.” (Nira Perry, Saloona)
