It is recommended to watch performances via computer. You can also watch through a mobile device or tablet, but the best viewing is through a laptop or desktop (PC or Mac), or a device that can be connected to a TV.

Make sure your internet is strong. The works have been pre-uploaded, so there should be no problem with the film itself, just make sure to sit in an area where you have a strong wifi signal.

Your username is what you received in your confirmation email, when you purchased a ticket. Your password is case-sensitive, so you must make sure to use the exact capital and lowercase letters as written.
